Wanderlust: Travel Bucket List

Hey, babes! One thing that I’m determined to do before I leave this earth is TRAVEL. My best friend is a flight attendant as well as one of her best friends. Therefore, the wanderlust has been growing¬†inside me! I decided to make a list of all the places I want to visit and now I’m going to share with my lovely subscribers <3.

Also, let me know if you’re ever visited any of these places and how’d you like it! ūüėÄ

  • Australia –¬†The obsession of visiting Australian started with loving Australian accents, followed with loving “Finding Nemo”. Hahaha ūüôā

  • Greece –¬†The island of Mykonos is probably one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever seen through pictures!

  • Hawaii –¬†Fortunately, I’ll be going to Hawaii for my 24th birthday this year :)!

  • Rome¬†– I’ve always wanted to go to Rome since I was little due to the movie “Sabrina Goes to Rome” hahaha. I can’t help that childhood movies are so inspiring! I’m also dying to throw a coin in the Trevi Fountain.

  • Iceland –¬†I’ll be honest. Iceland is on the list simply because of the Blue Lagoon. You can’t deny how beautiful it looks.

  • Brazil –¬†Everytime I think of Brazil, I think of fun, lively, carefree people. So why not visit?

  • Costa Rica I’ve had friends who have visited and they have nothing but great things to say.

  • Thailand – First off, I love me some Thai food. Also, after seeing ANTM Cycle 6, I just knew I had to visit someday!

  • Switzerland –¬†If I had to visit any country with a country hillside vibe, it would hands down be Switzerland. My aunt and uncle visited and said it still is their favorite trip to this day.

  • Los Angeles –¬†I’m an NYC girl who is¬†over NYC. So naturally my next city I’d love to live in and visit is LA.

  • Seattle¬†I couldn’t tell you why I want to visit Seattle. Perhaps it’s because¬†I’m drawn to city places more than¬†suburban.

  • Texas –¬†There is only ONE reason I want to visit Texas. I’m sure you’ve already guessed it: Selena! Anything for Selenasssssssss!

Le 23rd Birthday

Hey, all ūüôā This post isn’t going to be about anything but me, me, and me. It’s more of a photo post than a writing post. The reason I’m sharing my 23rd birthday pictures is because this is MY blog so why noy give you a little glimpse into MY life. It’s a just a little break from reviews, how-to’s, trends, news, etc. It’s basically like when beauty gurus do vlogs instead of tutorials. Anyway, this birthday was the first one is 5 years that I’ve spent home aka NYC. From ages 18-22, I was either in Albany, Buffalo, or Miami. So, it was refreshing to spend this one with my family within arms reach.

Also, I wanted this birthday to be more low-key than my others. My last 4 birthdays consisted of clubbing and house parties. This birthday for me was a “coming of age” event, as I like to call it. Only because I didn’t want a crazy celebration. I had absolutely 0 interest getting turnt up. I actually would’ve been fine with wine and the spa hahaha. My preference actually would’ve been to travel, but that wasn’t in the cards this year. So, I opted for a dinner with my parents and my best friend. It was only right since I haven’t spent a birthday with my parents in years.

Anyway, here a few pictures of my night and just for fun, I’ll add a list of products I used for my birthday makeup just to add some beauty in here!

Purse Necessities

Well hello there beauties! I was just checking out some Youtube videos by my favorite Youtube ladies Nicole Guerriero and Carli Bybel and I had a light bulb moment! I was watching their “What’s in my Bag?” videos and thought “Oh my god, this would be a perfect blog post topic!” So yes, that is exactly what we will be talking about! What every glam girl needs in their purse is located in this post .. so let’s begin.

Purse Necessities 101

Keys .. duh! Don’t wanna leave the house without those.

Phone! Without it, I’ll feel naked.

Wallet! This is most important for OBVIOUS reasons (money, ID, credit cards)

Mirror (compact one obviously)

Gum/Mints .. want to keep that breath fresh!

Nail file … yes, for when your nails break uneven. I hate that crap!

Lip Gloss/Lip Balm .. another necessity! No one wants chapped lips.

Powder .. to touch up with once in a while. Shine and oil is the enemy.

Blotting Papers! Once again you don’t want to be an oily beast.

Blush. Like powder, blush will fade on your cheeks so definitely pack some!

Pens! Like 2-3 because you never know when you might need one!

Mini Hand Sanitizer! The world is full of germs and disgusting people!

Mini Moisturizer! Never know when your hands will get dry.

Tampons/Pads because you never really DO know, do ya? *sigh*

Hair ties/clips! You WILL need them.

Hair brush (nothing obnoxious)

Tissue .. it’s your best friend.

Painkillers for random headaches or cramps (Advil, Tylenol, etc)

iPod .. I take public transportation so I NEED entertainment

Condoms (if you’re active). I know some women will be like “No” but give me a break! It’s the 21st century! Just don’t be obnoxious about it. Keep it hidden.

Now if you’re not a crazy glam girl or your a minimalist you can just bring what I like to call, “The Cardinal Four“. The Cardinal Four includes your keys, wallet, phone, and lip balm. These can fit in a¬†minimalist¬†purse, wristlet, clutch, or even your pockets! So I hope you enjoyed this post and got some tips on what to bring in your purse!
